Let's Get It On Da Producers MPG Groove Mix
Best lineup EVER!
Woody! Those were good times!
Alan freaking woody are you kidding me man what a bass player he was such a tragic loss just goes to show your kids drugs are for thugs
This is my favorite Allman Brothers song!
Dickie and Warren. Pickin and strumin.
RIP Mr.Betts. Thank you. Back to where it all begins. See you there
Losing Dickey is a serious gut punch.
Dickeys swan song RIP brother life was always better thanks to you
Dickey wrote all the ABB songs I love (Southbound, Ramblin' Man, Elizabeth Reed, Blue Sky), but this one's my favorite, and quite fitting today. We'll reach the end all we'll all be singin' and we'll be friends Back where it all begins Rest well, mon brer.
RIP Dickie, heaven got a better than terrific guitar player today!!
Rock stars get into Heaven?
RIP Dickey... thanks for the jams
Had to watch this today !!! RIP Dickey Betts !!!! Thank you for the fantastic music
Rest in peace Dickie
Rip Dickey 😢
Rest in peace, Dickey.........keep ramblin'.....
Never knew that was Warren playing that solo. Holy Hell!! It's like he's in a trance, just going at it without even thinking about what he's doing. I wouldn't want to have to choose between him and Derek Trucks as to who's my favorite slide guitarist. Both amazing in their own way.
I wish this tape was a little cleaner. Son of a BITCH Dickey gets it goin! One of my all time favorites.
4of the all time gr8 guitar players in one band over 50 years w no on stage jealousy or bs just beutiful complimentary music
Absolutely a song which portrayed what the Allmans were all about. Great lyrics, Gregg and Warren harmonies with Dickey, and the solos off the hook.
I love how Dickey is chopping wood while brother Warren solos
St. Louis
I know Greg and Dickie had their problems, but I don't think they would have been the Allman Brothers as successful without him. Dickie was a damn genius on the guitar, and singing! Love this!
that generation of AB was tight....great guitar pickin and fantastic rhythm section
Warren Haynes......still the hardest working man in music. Warren's solo on this song is just fantastic.
Richard Betts pickin' on that red guitar
This is my life song to be played at my funeral. I went from the coast to the desert and back to an island reaches out to me and captures my spirits
Me as well.
Richard Betts pickin on that red guitar
I think that Warren Haynes, really complimented the band.
What year was this, please?
1995.
Warren and Dicky. Both Gods.
Damn that’s some guitar playing
Seriously though! That's the stuff right there.
Doesn't get a lot better than that.
Dicky Betts is really good!!!
Legendary venue
God damn…half the comments here are about who is better or who “killed” this song more. Jesus….just feel the music. Comparing Dickey and Warren is silly. But you do you…and while you do you, you’re missing the whole point of this band.
I've always loved Dickey but please...Warren's solo totally blows away Dickey here.
Dickey y Warren dos de los mejores guitarristas que he escuchado
I could listen to this everyday, and I do!
I do listen every day. On my treadmill language Stevie Ray Vaughan
Dickey's lines are so musical.
Yes
Do yo thang Dickie!! Don't stop now!! Don't stop ever!!! One of the true Southern American treasures that we still have left in music. He may outlive me but there's just not many of them like Mr. Betts left!! No any as a matter of fact!! Their music has seen me through some really dark times but it's also there in the great times. Nothing like cranking up some Allmans around 9am on Saturdays and getting a good booger sugar and beer buzz going. Haven't touched the sauce in 18 years but this music does bring me back to some great times in my youth!
Feel good music ❤️
All hail Warren Haynes, Allen Woody, and Marc Quiones....for making the Allman Brothers relevant again.
Music should take you to places you want to go. ABB are great tour guides.
I’ve been a Dicky Betts fan from the Fillmore East days, just think how crazy good this band would’ve been if Duane and Berry was still around? This is probably the best lineup that really stands out after the turmoil and regrouping. I however did very much appreciate Dan Toler as he was no slob on guitar!
Needs to be remixed. Too good not to be.
Where it all began
our sweet Heather's favorite lullaby
All Cylinders
I wonder if in some kinda universe Warren was the Original guitarist and this was one of their first songs people would be talking about him in the same way, Warren kills this track despite not having his guitar set up like Dicky Warren comes off technically better but Dicky shows more feeling
